It's August 29th, 2006.

At this time last year we were in a hotel room in Jacksonville florida, watching the news, mostly about New Orleans, wondering whether our city, our home, our way of life was gone. News came later that it, in fact, was gone. Our home was standing but ruined. Most of our memories and possessions had been taken by Katrina.

This video is long because I have no idea of how to edit it.

I leave you with this thought...we did better than most on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
