Candle
& Safety Faq
We
use only top of the line supplies, from the best
companies in the business. Our fragrance oils
are pure, our gel safe and we test burn each and
every candle before we sell them.
With
that said, it's absolutely IMPERATIVE that
you follow ALL guidelines
on the label on the bottom of each candle we sell.
NEVER EVER
leave a candle unattended. Gel Candles may resemble
a beverage or food product. KEEP AWAY FROM
CHILDREN AND PETS!
Failure to follow instructions could
result in fire, injury, or smoke damage.
Wick must be kept centered and trimmed to 1/8
to 1/4 inch to prevent smoking and soot build
up.
Burn only on a stable, heat resistant surface,
no more than 2 hours at a time.
If flame gets too large, or exposed wick is taller
than 1/4 inch, extinguish and trim. (a great way
to do this is once the candle is cooled, hold
the candle upside down over the trashcan and clip
with toenail clippers)
Keep away from drafts and flammable materials.
Do not allow matches or wick trimmings to fall
into melt pool.
DISCONTINUE
use when only 1/2 inch of wax or gel remains in
bottom.
THIS IS THE BIGGEST REASON FOR PROBLEMS,
Do not move while burning or if Gel is still hot!
We repeat...NEVER
EVER LEAVE A BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED!
We cannot stress this enough to anyone.
It's easy to lose track of time.
ANY candle is a fire risk if not used correctly.
The garbage disposal is dangerous if not used
properly. Life is full of things that are dangerous...it's
up to US the people who choose to use them to
know the proper procedures needed to keep our
families and ourselves safe.
We do our part in keeping the candles safe by
only using the best. We do not embed items that
are flammable. We do not take chances when it
comes to safety. You must do the same!
